Cute/Funny Story of the Day

So my kinders are still trying to understand this big world around them. One of them was exploring a book about the human body and the cool things it can do for us when it is working properly. Of course she ends up on the “reproduction” section and asks me how babies are made. My response: Babies are made by mommies and daddies. They each contribute something and the baby is made. Her response: Oh. So love makes babies. That was the cute part. The funny part comes next. The next page shows an illustration of a sperm and an egg meeting. Her question: What is that wiggly thing? My response: Well… it’s called sperm but if you want to know more about it, you should go home and ask your parents. LOL
